Download Expo information HERE or register online to the right. Use this form to hold exhibit space at the Northern Corn and Soybean Expo. Your exhibit space will be reserved upon payment and our receipt of your Expo Contract with a required authorized signature. Space is allocated based on date of payment receipt.
Exhibit space includes:

  • 10′ x 8′ booth
  • One 8′ draped table (per booth)
  • Two standard chairs (per booth)
  • Listing in program book and on website
  • Draped 8′ high back wall and two draped 3′ high side dividers
  • Electricity and WiFi

Industry & Partners Reception

The Industry & Partners Reception will be held at the close of the day. This relaxed gathering brings together farmers, industry representatives, and exhibitors for conversation, networking, and meaningful connection. Enjoy beverages, snacks, and the chance to build new relationships while strengthening the ones you already have.

Join the Industry Partner Passport Program

Consider contributing a door prize or monetary contribution towards a treasure chest of prizes attendees can win in a drawing after they have completed an Industry Partner booth visit passport. This has helped to drive engaged attendees to your booths! Indicate your interest when you complete the Sponsor Investments.

Setup and Take Down
Booth setup is from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2026. The Butler Arena on the Red River Valley Fairgrounds will not be open after 5:00 p.m. Your booth must be up by 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

Take down begins at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 and your booth materials must be out of the Butler Arena on the Red River Valley Fairgrounds by 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 3, 2026. If you pack up early, you won’t be invited back.
